Allergies
An allergic reaction is generally classified as an instant reaction to an external irritant such as Hay fever from pollen or anaphylactic shock from eating foods such as peanuts.
A food intolerance however is more likely to be a delayed reaction andtherefore more difficult to detect. Symptoms may include insomnia, hyperactivity, eczema, asthma, ear infections, catarrh, dark circles under the eyes, digestive complaints, learning difficulties, mood swings and depression.
As an Allergy specialist trained by the British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy I can test for allergies such as pollen, animals, chemicals and foods and then provide desensitising remedies.
