Headaches and Migraines
Many people are aware that if they eat certain foods or come into contact with certain chemicals this will trigger an attack of headache or migraine. However if you suffer from regular bouts of headache or migraine that have a debilitating effect on you life and are unable to get the root cause of the problem you should seek further help. It is important to visit your GP to rule out the possibility of more serious problems.
It s also important to drink plenty of water throughout the day – 6-8 glasses – this may be a very simple but often overlooked cause of regular headaches.
